We try not to over-complicate this process. So we start at the most basic level –
we talk to our Hot Lists of people we already know. Many of the candidates we’ll propose will have worked for us successfully before and our database continues to expand through constant advertising, ‘word of mouth’ referrals and access to all the world's medias, totalling several million contacts.

We begin our process by acknowledging your assignment and discussing the brief with you and advising any hurdles, before advertising the vacancy on all available medias and speaking to our candidate lists and networks, checking qualifications, experience and references. Our target is to submit our shortlist of interested and suitable candidates within two weeks - often we will be able to do this sooner. For very hard to find assignments we may keep the assignment open for months and escalate services. We will arrange and confirm all interviews, and stay-in-tough throughout the recruitment process, giving feedback on both sides, and managing expectations.
Once we receive a client offer, we immediately relay this to the selected candidate. Depending on the candidate’s location and time zone, we aim to receive acceptance and relay this back, with all the informaton for the contract to be raised, within 24 hours, staying in touch until they start.
