Methodology

Our recruiters use a professional business-to-business system that works. Our state-of-the art recruitment software allows very fast processing and control of recruitment projects. In the global war for talent, often the only avenue open for organisations who wish to secure an executive who can take them into a new sector, or an engineer who can operate a new field, is to initiate conversations with leaders in other organisations. CCL conducts assignments to a tried and tested formula. This begins with interviewing the client to assess what will attract the ideal candidate, in terms of responsibilities and reward.

If one of our standard desks or methodologies cannot respond automatically, we’ll always propose a solution to fix the problem. We go beyond database search to advertised selection and executive search.
