You will need previous experience in an HR role and a good knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or studying towards membership is desirable.
£25,000 - £30,000 rising to £30,000 - £50,000 with experience.
You could move into a role such as HR team leader/manager, or choose to specialise in a particular field such as training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, or employment law.
