Quality Service

Like many Energy clients, CCL operates the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System,
accredited and audited yearly by the British Standards Bureau - Certificate 198591. CCL is also endorsed by APSCo Membership, APSCo Code of Conduct and EIC Membership.

Clients trust CCL with their business when they ask us to identify and secure the best talent. Candidates trust CCL with their Careers when they register their CVs.

Clients expect CCL to contact every candidate with the necessary competencies, across every media, to give the most diverse choice and competitive process, complying both with discrimination laws and Local Content. Security and Health & Safety risks are always assessed. Client's reputations are always endorsed. Customer Service reports are delivered to Clients on all activity on a monthly basis. Candidates are always briefed in person by Recruiters, with Job Descriptions, maps and interview details confirmed in writing. The Client name is always disclosed to Candidates, except when the Client asks for it to be kept confidential; CVs are never sent without confirming the Candidate's permission in writing. Candidate expectations are managed throughout, with full feedback where it is given.

CCL ISO9001:2015 Quality Policy

  • It is the policy of the company to maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of ISO9001:2015 in pursuit of its primary objectives.
  • The company’s Quality Manual defines our quality objectives and key procedures.
  • Customer service is an essential part of the quality process and to ensure this is fulfilled, all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and its impact on customer service.
  • To ensure the company maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the quality system is regularly reviewed and is subject to annual audit.
  • The requirements of the company’s quality system are mandatory and all company personnel have a responsibility and obligation to it.
